The countdown is on for CASA’s 2026 Annual Conference, Rooted in Resilience, taking place August 5–7 at the Meritage Resort and Spa in Napa. This year’s conference will bring together clean water leaders for timely discussions on the challenges and opportunities shaping California’s clean water sector.

Attendees will gain valuable insights through educational sessions, connect with colleagues from across the state and explore innovative approaches to building resilient utilities and communities. The preliminary program is now available, offering a preview of the expert speakers, policy updates and technical discussions planned for this year’s event.

Be sure to take advantage of the Early Bird Full Conference rate of $875 before July 7. Registration rates increase after that date. The conference will also include several special events, including the CASA Education Foundation Golf Tournament, Wine Tasting Fundraiser and a behind-the-scenes tour of NapaSan’s innovative resource recovery facilities.

CASA Mentoring Program
Calling all mentors and mentees! CASA is pleased to share that we will be continuing the CASA Mentoring Program in 2026-27. This 11-month comprehensive program, kicking off in October 2026 and concluding in August 2027, serves to connect clean water professionals from across the state of California. Working with Core Consulting, which has a depth of experience developing mentoring and training programs working with public agencies, CASA will match mentor/mentee pairs based on their professional goals, preferences, and experience. The program is open to both associates and agency members.
