Final LIHWAP Guidelines
The Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) has released the Final Program Guidelines for the new Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP). LIHWAP will provide financial assistance to low-income Californians to help manage their residential water and wastewater utility costs. The Final LIHWAP Program Guidelines can be viewed on CSD’s Public Website.
As part of the implementation of LIHWAP, CSD held a public meeting on February 23, 2022, to receive input on the Draft LIHWAP Program Guidelines. A copy of the February 23, 2022, LIHWAP Public Meeting Written and Verbal Comments & Questions is available on CSD’s website.
