USEPA Finalizes PFAS CERCLA Designation Rulemaking Last month, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) finalized its Designation of Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA) and Perfluorooctanesulfonic Acid (PFOS) as CERCLA Hazardous Substances.
