Early Bird Registration Open for CASA’s Annual Conference
Join us for CASA’s Annual Conference, taking place August 5–7 at the Meritage Resort and Spa in Napa. We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone for another incredible gathering of members and partners. This year’s conference theme, Rooted in Resilience, reflects both the strength of the clean water community and the spirit of Napa itself, where deep roots, perseverance and growth are part of the landscape. Just as Napa’s vineyards endure and thrive through changing seasons, the clean water sector continues to adapt as we support one another and grow stronger together.

Be sure to register early to lock in the best rate. The Early Bird Full Conference registration is available for $875 through July 7, 2026. After that date, the member rate increases to $925, so don’t miss the opportunity to save by securing your spot now.

This year, we strongly encourage all attendees to register for the conference at the same time they book their hotel reservations. CASA will be cross-checking hotel bookings with conference registrations and reaching out to those who have not yet registered. This process helps us accurately plan room blocks and overall event logistics, and we appreciate your cooperation. We’re excited to bring this theme to life through meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and time together in Napa. Additional program details and networking events will be announced soon—stay tuned!
