Last week, the House Committee on Transportation & Infrastructure held a hearing focused on the state of the nation’s public infrastructure. CASA submitted a formal statement on the priorities for California’s clean water agencies.
David Cardenas, pres. of the Selma-Kingsburg-Fowler Sanitation District Board of Directors, has joined the CASA board. In addition to his district role, he serves as mayor of the City of Fowler.
